although both are obd1 and it plugs right in, it wont work. p75 is for b18c motor.u will need a p06 ecu
reasons.. air and fuel ratio different and also vtec ecu for non vtec engine.

sorry my mistake..but it wont work either..once again air and fuel ratio different and due to displacement different ..stock ecu for 92 dx will be p06

the ecu doesn't matter, ur car will still start with the ls ecu on ur dx. just like what bpkmrtoes said, u probably miss a ground. if u have a jumper cables, try to put one end on ur tranny and one end on ur battery to see if it actullay cranks. if it does then ur missing a ground.

Re: (lilo_goki)
Also could be the main relay. D15 or D16 should start right up on a stock P75 ecu. The ecu is not the correct one for the motor, but it should start and run with no problems. If the fuel pump is not turning on its probably the main relay.
