where was the car located when it was stolen. because my cousin lives in west cov, too and two nights ago there was a old green toyota tercel with an exhaust looking at my cousin car @4am when his car was parked in his own driveway. he heard the exhuast so he came out to see who was out there.... and the took off like they were doing something there weren't suppose to.
