150-160 on a Dynojet at best. Don't bother dyno'ing it with just the bolt-ons. Go to the strip and road course and have fun learning to drive it.

why 2.5 piping? pretty big.. too big for what your setup, go with a 2.25 or 60MM. and as for power to wheels... maybe 150?

My stock gsr dyno with aem intake 141.8hp and 127.6tq. Now I got my built motor in 191hp (street) and 141tq (Street) 211hp (Track) 168tq (Track)

Good luck with your motor... Want hp? ITR Cams will help... I have some for sale too! LMK!

not much man...its a culmination of alot of boltons and tuning that will get you a good torque and hp curve with a little additional power. even though the gsr engine is advertised as 170 hp it still only puts out maybe 160-165hp...wear and tear, age, and how well you take care of things can make those numbers change a little here and there.

Are you aware of drivetrain power loss? Its rated at 170 but couldn't possibly put down more than about 145-150 stock. Those minor bolt-ons will give you maybe 7ish or so whp. And as for 2.5in exhaust... are you really saying 60mm (2.38in) is ok but the additional 12 hundredths of an inch is not acceptable, that it is too big, which it isn't.... right.

A very HEALTHY stock B18C1 might put down 145hp at the wheels. 150 would be a stretch.

I wouldn't expect simple I/H/E to get you more than 155 fwhp, unless it's some CRAZY expensive header setup (like Hytech or SMSP), and then you might get to 160 fwhp, but that's unlikely.

2.5" exhaust is pushing it for N/A with only basic bolt-ons. Serious N/A modding would call for 2.5"

USDM ITR exhaust piping is less than 2.25" ID, and you are definitely not putting down more FWHP than a stock ITR, so 2.5" exhaust is definitely not needed unless you plan on doing many more N/A mods. Right now you're probably only losing low-end torque by using 2.5" instead of 2.25" piping.

not a chance....hed be lucky to break 155whp on a simple I/H/E GSR...are you guys forgetting about drivetrain loss?

ive seen 165whp on an i/h/e gsr but that was tuned on a hondata s200

If youre looking for more n/a power down the road than 2.5" is fine. If you were only looking for bolt-ons than 2.25-2.36" might have been a better choice.

Roughly 15% is the typically quoted figure for Hondas.

yea what he said lol, natural asparated engines do need alittle backpressure, unlike the natural preception of less resistance...

i dont think you can feel 3 more degrees on a camshaft, give it a try.

when i first got my GSR i had it dynoed stock...only reason being my stepdad is a mechanic, the shop has a AWD capable dyno and he does all the tuning work that comes in...mine is a 95 that had 150k on it and it put down 135-137 whp cant remember torque numbers. added simple I/H/E bolt ons and dynoed again at 155 whp...added some ITR cams and got me up to 177 whp hope that answers ur questions.
