Hi I have a 92 honda civic and I wanted to know if the EG6 gauge cluster will work on it?? By the way it has a B18a1 swap into it but for some reason the MPH gauge does not work, only the RPM's and rest of the lights work, I took it out to check if the wire hardness plug wasn't plugged in but it is... what can it be???

 

This should probably be in the Civic section but anyways which VSS did you use in the swap because the B18A1 has a cable VSS and the Civic has a electronic.

 

I didn't do the swap myself, I had already bought the car as is.. So maybe that's why the gauge isn't working... I'll post this up on the civic section and find out how can I get it to work. thanks!!

 

Hopefully someone put in an electronic VSS and not leave the cable VSS dangling. But to answer your original question. Assuming that the VSS is wired correctly, the EG6 cluster is plug and play into your car.

 

Or maybe they forgot to plug in the VSS plug.
