Ok just a quick question, searched it up and couldnt find my answer. Gonna reset my gf's CEL because i unplugged the intake temp sensor other day and threw a code for it. Havent had time to get her radio code yet so do not want to reset everything by disconnecting the battery. So if i just unplug the ecu fuse and put it back in, will it solve my problem and not lock the radio?

 

Yes, just pull the ECU fuse or the plugs from the ECU.

 

alright man, thanks. gonna pull the main and the back up ECU fuse then.

 

You can also take the kick panel off and unplug the big green plug next to the ECU and that will kill power to it.

Don't pull the backup fuse. You'll reset your radio.
