Most auto stores like Carquest can get you a good rebuild kit, pretty cheap, for most cars.. Nothing specail, just new replacements. You could the dealer too? ;P..

"Rebuild kit?"
Stay far away from any parts store for internal engine parts.
Exactly what is wrong with your engine that warrants a "rebuild kit" anyways?
Smoking? Knocking?
Most of the time it'll cost you almost as much (if not more) in parts to rebuild that engine rather than buying another engine, and the labor is far more intense on tearing down and rebuilding an engine rather swapping it out.
If it's knocking don't even bother trying to rebuild it. the crank is probably trashed as are whatever journals in the block/rods are knocking.
If it's smoking look into buying new pistons, possibly having the cylinder bored over slightly and honed, then get new rod and main bearings, gaskets, seals, etc.

I need to rebuild a engine for my engines Class + it has 206,xxx miles on it and im not looking for the internalls so much but i do need a complete gasket set, bearings and all that sutff. im planning on boosting it and i dont think there is a kit for that..it smokes a little 2.
Like was said before you can get them at most autoparts stores, also check online and such. I know there are some on ebay for pretty damn cheap so check around and you'll find one you can afford. Its all in the install, just beacause the parts are cheap doesnt mean they're bad.
You would want:
Piston ring set
Rod bearings
Main bearings
Thrust washers
Head gasket
Intake gasket
Exhaust gasket
Head dowel pins
Rear main seal
Cam seal
Front crank seal
Waterpump
Timing belt
Valvecover gasket
Distributor o-ring
Oil filter
That's off the top of my head, but if you want the engine to not smoke then you will also want to send the head off to a machine shop to have a complete valvejob, valvestem seals, resurfacing, and pressure check to make sure you won't be burning oil. also have them do a light hone on the cylinder walls to get a goo corss hatch to ensure good piston ring sealing after replacing the rings.
