Default Type-r wing question?

I have a 98 teg with the low factory spoiler... If i buy an aftermarket type-r wing for my car will it line up with the holes that are already there from the factory spoiler or will i have to drill new holes

It will fit, but I believe the ITR doesn't use the 2 extra holes, the one for the brakelight and the other one leaving them exposed, not 100% sure on that, but it'll fit...
