Does anyone know where i can get a type r wing...but i want the wing to fit in the stock holes for my integra...my friend bought a wing but he had to drill holes and he had the stock ones open and it looked like crap...so if anyone knows a site where they send them painted please help me out..

 

Try Wings West they have a type-r wing that fits in stock location looks like the original JDM. I think they paint them too.

 

i bought mine off ebay. it came painted and shipped for around 180-200. its abs plastic. it fit in the stock holes perfectly. the only problem is the wire for the led in the stock wing has a hole too. and that hole has to be closed up. i used bondo and touch up paint.

 

you can either get a non lighted itr wing and be stuck with the led spoiler light hole, i just use silver tape to cover mine up.
or you could get the lighted and have no holes left.

so a oem type r wing will not fit?

 

OEM wing will fit, but you will be left with the holes from the brake light led and a support clip. You need to figure out a way to plug up those two holes. OEM fits right in the outer holes where the LS/GS-R mid wing used to be, the base just isnt as wide. If that makes any sense.

 

mine only had the led wire hole showing. i dont have the support hole showing.

 

Comptech makes an ITR wing that fills all of the holes. I just used a JDM ITR Wing and filled the hole with bondo, as previously mentioned.

 

you can get them from ebay painted. Thats where I got mine. It was roughly 200$ shipped.

i got mine from spoilerdepot.com also, but i got it from one of the offers on ebay for $140 shipped painted. Had if for a year still looks great, great fit, great matching and quality paint, and great price. Fits like oem, just get a plug from pepboys or something to plug up the brake light hole.
