Default Rattle at 3500-4500

I've got this rattle between 3500-4500 rpms and honestly I just can't take it anymore. I've checked my heat shields. I can tell that it's under the car. I even took the cat heat shield off one day and it still did it. Then I got under the car and banged on the exhaust by the cat with my fist and it rattles but it's still hard to tell what is causing it. Could it be inside of my catalytic converter? I just don't enjoy having to shift at 3k ALL the time to avoid my car rattling. Any ideas? Thanks.

Mine does the same damn thing. I can't figure it out either. I'm tempted to put a test pipe in and say enough. Is your exhaust all factory or did you get it from MoTec?(LOL)
