Swap question
The replies you get here may not be 100% informative unless someone from Europe with a 1.3 Civic replies.
The first and most important question:
IS THE CAR FUEL INJECTED, OR CARB'D?
If it's carb'd ditch the car and fine a fuel injected car to begin with.

Well to my knowledge the entire chassis carness, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines, etc. etc. are all needed to swap from carb to fuel injection.
Like I said this is a nightmare time consuming swap, and I don't know all of the potential inticacies that you may run into when trying to make it happen. I'm sure it's possible, but you might want to wait for some more european help in here to confirm.
