cant decide what to do with my suspension...
should i slam the hell out of it? or should i go for the lowest lowering spring possible? and by the way what is the lowest lowering spring out there?
sorry to burst your bubble but this is a pretty lame thread/question...
this is all personal prefference and form vs function debate.
but i guess im willing to help out...
by lowest springs do you mean that give you the least drop or the most?
for a slight drop and improved hadling you could go with an itr spring set up or some H&R oem sport. if you want some springs that will slam it. i would go with a sleeve set up like ground control. dont forget shocks!
as far as what you should do comes down to WHAT EVER you want to do with the car. is it for drag, show, daily, auto x, or is it track car. chose what you want

It depends on how bad the roads are in your area. That's all it comes down to.
If the roads here weren't completely ****, I would be happy being slammed. I am slammed right now, but I'm not very happy, because hitting your oil pan sucks ***. I plan on rasing it very soon, because it is rather annoying.
Get some good coilovers, if you can afford it. Not the sleeve type. I know I will be getting some full-coilovers once I can gather up enough change.
btw, the lowest spring I know of, are called Sprint Extremes. Google them.

don't do it. I thought everyone on here was just bullshitting, and thought what the hell, they can't be that bad. But they ARE. They suck, mine clatter. It's annoying to say the least. Get springs, or good shocks and go with the sleeve-type if you like.

GC has been pretty popular and they're sleeves.
I actually can't answer your question, but can you even get that low from just springs? I know if you get Koni yellows, you can adjust height somewhat along with a spring that'll dump the car, but you may want to research. Riding that low for a longer period of time could damage the shocks.
What that said, I'm obviously more of a function > form type of guy, but everyone's different. Goodluck on the search.
