Need help identifying carbs on my bike
I have a 1977 KZ750B2 Twin. They are Mikuni Carbs and I think the Kawi OEM part # is 16001-249. They were only equipped on years 1977-1979
Keyster makes a repair kit for it and their part number for their repair kit is KK-0043
They share the same float as the Mikuni VM24, I know this because I just installed a set of floats.
They are identical to this guys carbs on Ebay:

They look like a larger version of the Mikuni BS34 carbs (which I have two sets of)

I wish I could help you out, but I dont know for sure... but from what I see is that the ltd's have BS34's. you can use almost any carb you can get to fit... including those from the kz900/1000's
this is getting on my nerves, I cannot find out what model carb I have so that I can get the correct jets and needles to resolve my stumble issue.

well, that is not the problem, I know how to find OEM part numbers, I need to find the Mikuni model number so that I can order specific components without getting Kawasaki's markup tacked on it.

BS34's came on 4 cylinder KZ750's not the KZ750B models

I am able to get the Keyster kits for my bike, I need larger than stock needles due to custom exhaust and high flow individual filters
you sure you need to steop up that far? I would think a lower need position(maybe) a larger main would be all that is needed, those mods are not that drastic. from what I has seen, most "CV" units from that era/mikuni are interchangable
