What is the best flowing STOCK non vtec head?

I have heard the old B18a1 is the worst.
But what about the 97-01 CR-V B20B heads?
Are they the same head as the B18b1 US LS head?

Just curious cause I am looking for a head start my head build but want to make sure I start with the right one.

What OEM honda cam is gonna be my best to use?

 

a jdm p8r b20 head is going to be the best one. they have 33mm intake valves (same as vtec heads). all the other ls heads are 31mm.

I am not going to find one of those for sure.

I did find a B20b w/ knock sensor (higher comp) but no Intake mani.

Is the B18a1 intake mani the same as the b20b? Or should I buy a skunk 2 IM?

Couldn;t a person just have the valves opened up on a LS head to 33mm?
