Him being on a forum doesn't really mean anything...i'm sure there are plenty of thieves on honda-tech...and his ad does look very suspicious, i'd hope the real owner recognizes it and owns him.
people who still owe money on it ot they sold the title and vin numbers n stripped theirs off te bike, never completed a salvage inspection n lost the title n can only do a bill of sale in such case u gotta recontrsuct the title. which though it doesnt take forever, it's a tedius process
