Default Trailing arm problems. Ugh.

Car: 1997 Integra GSR

Heres the story. I had what was thought to be a bad rear trailing arm bushing, the main one in the arm, it was squeaking terribly all the time. I found a replacement arm with all the end links and everything intact. After so much trouble of seized bolts, and misc other problems, I got it on. Got all my brake lines hooked up again, drive it around, and its a little better, not really squeaking, just annoying brakes which was unusual but I can figure that one out. So now there is a clunk/squeak when I go over bumps only. Different then the constant high pitched squeak. All the bushings were replaced, seemed to be fine, tightened on with an impact, lubed, everything. My question is, what else could be clunking/squeaking. I know it is not my coilovers, and I cant figure out where it would be coming from. Thanks.

No I did not. The bushings were already pressed and intact. I just bolted it all up. Was I supposed to do that?

It's fixed. I feel so dumb I just spent all my time and money on this to find out that my jack point was bent and rubbing the trailing arm. I could never see that because the only time I could look under there was when the car was jacked up. GAH. Thanks for the help.
