Default clutch petal issue please help

(just like you do breaks pump pump yada yada yada) please help it is driving me nuts and it also feels alot lighter to push down (you know how the clutch petal feels like the gas petal when you push it down) is there a way to stiffen it up? thanks agian

Rebleed the clutch, and make sure the slave cylinder is installed correctly, make sure the ball end of the slave cylinder shaft is in the clutch fork correctly.

do i rebleed it like a break blead? should i have my friend close it off while the petal is down or while it is up? i didnt mess with the slave cylinder but i will refeer to my chiltions book for that and make sure it is correctly installed, and i think that the ball end is on right i didnt have it in there at first (stupid drunk me) but i checked it for cuts and it doesnt leak so i hope that it is in there alrgiht i will try to reblead it but with the pedle down or up? and if that doesnt work i will take picutres of my ball to fork and post them to see if they are correct thanks alot!!! i appreciate it

- Crack the bleeder on the slave cylinder.
- remove the cap from the master and let it gravity bleed (leave it open until it starts to run out of the slave's bleeder)
- Close the bleeder
- Have somebody pull the pedal up.
- Crack the bleeder open and have them slowly push the pedal down and hold it.
- At the bottom of the pedal's stroke, close the bleeder.

- Repeat until there are no bubbles exiting the system.

I bled mine w/ a friend. Tighten the slave cylinder screw (scs) then open the master cylinder cap, pump the clutch about 10 times then hold down, while the pedal is down, unscrew the (scs) and keep pressure on the clutch pedal, it may moved down, then tighten the (scs) and repeat until only fluid comes out. I suggest hooking the (scs) bleeder screw to a clear hose and submerge it in clutch or brake fluid just like a brake job

i guess i am just trippin i thought that i would have to put more than like i would say 3-5lbs worth of pressure on it... is that right? and i had a stage 3 clutch in there before i got the oem one back so is that the reason why it is grabbing considerly lower than the stage 3? thanks guys
