Default '95 Civic Del Sol 123K Miles - Maintenance Needed?

I have a '95 Civic Del Sol, VTECH, automatic trans, with 123K Miles on it now, bought it about 5 months ago. Been doing little things to maintain the car and repair it; new clock spring, new master cylinder reservoir cup and cap, new VSS, new radiator hoses upper and lower, thermostat, cap, and overflow hose, flush radiator & new coolant, oil & filter change. Car runs good. Had the oil change done yesterday, that is when I found the cracked master cylinder reservoir cup cracked and empty. Bought new one for $70 at Advance Auto and just changed the reservoir and cap to get brake light working again. On the lift, the mechanic showed me the belts, they were so-so. Not bad yet but a lot of wear on them. I did everything but the oil change myself because of no jack and stands.

My friend on ebay says that I need to change the water pump and timing belt and should also change the other 3 belts too now. I just looked in the Chilton's book and holy crap, that is a huge job! I don't have a complete tool set, nor jack and stands so me doing this job is pretty much out of the question. The Chilton book did say to change the belt at 90K miles too. This is my sole car, I use it to go 30 miles to work and back every day and want for this car to be reliable to where you could just jump in and drive to any State if you wanted to. I need for this to be a good car.

Questions:
What maintenece is required for this car at this age? Is there a downloadable maintenance schedule for this car online somewhere? Is it really time for a new timing belt and water pump and 3 outer belts? What other maintenance is required for this car at this time?

I live in South Florida, what is a reasonable figure to expect to pay to get the water pump, timing belt, and 3 outer belts changed? I am between jobs right now so this is going to really hurt or have to get put off for a little while. Any other tips, feedback, suggestions, or recommendations on how to maintain, preserve, and keep this car roadworthy would be appreciated.

Thanks!
