Default PLX m300 Wideband Install issue!!!!!

I'm having an issue with finding the right ECU pinout to connect the gray and white signal wires off my wideband. All of the write ups i found are for earlier civics with the D plug(D14 is what was suggested to plug into) But seeing as I have a 99-00 harness I only have the A,B and C connectors.

From this picture I am assuming I connect them to either C1 or C16. Is this correct? And do I connect BOTH the gray and the white to the same pin out?

TIA!!!

D10 5 to the right of NUMBER 2 this is with the wiring harness plugged into the ecu looking on the back side of it. This is on the OBD 2 to the OBD1 harness

Yea, um a 99-00 harness does not have a D connector, thats why i provided the correct pinouts in the link. I'm using a OBD2B harness with a jumper to a OBD1 P28.
