92 ex accord racing cam problem
if i install the racing cam do i have to put new valves and springs or no ? i heard that it wont work without new ssprings and valves ?

It depends on the cam and how aggressive it is. Yes it is true that some cams need a stronger valvetrain, but not all of them. What kind of cams are you getting?
