Default idle problem. just did motor swap

ok i have a 90 crx and i pulled the d16a6 and slapped in a d15b7. anyways the b7 is obd1 and when it starts it idle to 3000rpm and drops to 1000rpm. the previous motor was on boost, so the boost guage was still hooked up. it reads 20vac and then pulls to 10vac. im leaning on IACV but havent replaced yet. thing is it worked on the other motor, so i dont understand why it would be bad?!? but help would be great im ready to get this thing boosted again and goin.

ok so we messed around with it, and i plugged the IACV back up, well reset the ecu, and now it just stays at 3000rpm. no ways to go down. idle screw, ive tighhtened all the manifold screws, but wehen i spray starter fluid around the vacuum ports the idle changes, but ive replaced all the vacuum lines, its almost as if the manifold has a crack in it. but ima post up a video so u guys can see this. b ut before hand if anyone has some m ore suggestions this would be great. im currently using my 1.6 pm6 with the 1.5 engine. this should matter would it?

yo, ok she runs good now. on cylinder 4, where the intake mani meets the head, there was about an inch of broken gastket. so it had a nice amount of air coming it. it probably would have passed 3000rpm if the launch control didnt engage. thanks to all,nd your site really helped me out thanks a ton. turbos is back on and im still breaking in the clutch.
