Default please help

ok i know theres about a million post for different motor swaps but i need some advice and opinions on how to explain some stuff to my friend. hes puchacing a 95 integra that is an automatic off of me and planning to pay for a swap to put in it. me and a friend are doing all of the wrench work but he is paying for all of the parts. we have it narrowed down to either an h22a or k-series. now seriously... i know K is the way. thats what my gut is telling me. but its not my money. now i havent done either of the swaps before. i have plenty of b-series swaps under my belt and i think with a little time i can figer out the tech part of putting on in... truthfully im looking foward to the swap either way.

his opinion " if i can get the same amount of power out of both motors, why not go with the cheaper of the two being the h22a"

his objective is to have a nice car thats quick. going to be daily driver that gets good gas milage.... hes comming from a 98 camero and is hating gas milage. he wants to be able to have ac. he also has tried to do some price coparisons and says the k-series aftermarket parts are more expencive than h-series. i havent realy looked. can anyone give me some examples of how much hes going to spend to get either setups in the car with either motors being basically stock minus the minor bolt ons needed to get into the car minus labor. and what the advantages or disadvantages of either setups are.
