alright, I got this hydro LS tranny in a trade for my old GSR. I had it sitting in my bedroom for ehh.....about 8 months because I never intended to use it right away. I pulled the cases off to put a LSD in and inspect it and it ended up I needed to use the tranny before i could put the lsd in.

Once in gear it shifts flawless, no grinding at all. But from a stop it is damn near impossible to get straight into 1st gear. You have to wiggle it side to side in neutral quick then put it in 1st for it to get in.


Any ideas on wtf is going on?

 

My buddy had this same problem. His change holder was bent from when he put the case together wrong. You might want to get a new one, unless you really don't want to pull it out again and change it out.
