Brake swap for EG
I actually used the search function and found most of my answers but still have a few questions. So far I have ordered a rear swap off a 99 integra with the 40/40 prop valve and MC, and I'll soon have the front disc off a 93 ex coupe. I'm choosing not to use the integra MC because I don't want to modify any of my brake lines or my booster. Is it possible for me to use the MC off the 93 ex or is it just better to get the MC off a 91 civic ex since I know it's a direct bolt on? Also, I plan to install my coilovers at the same time. Is there any benefit in getting the upper control arms off the 93 ex or should I just spend the money for a camber kit?
Don't use the prop valve or master cylinder from the 99 Integra. The prop valve won't bolt up. The 91 Civic EX master cylinder is your best bet. I just upgraded my master yesterday after 1.5 years with Integra brakes and stock 13/16" master. The UCA from the EX is the same as your car, spend money on a camber kit.
May I suggest you getting the front brakes off the same 99 Integra. It is a lot better than the 93 Civic EX, unless the 93 Civic EX is a sedan in which case is the same as the Integra.

Definitely will order 91 Civic EX MC and camber kit. Do you have any suggestions as to which prop valve to use then?

I was going with the 93 Civic EX front brakes based off of price. They're at a local junkyard so I can pick them up for less than the $150 to have integra breaks shipped to me.</TD></TR></TABLE>

4040 prop valve from a 90-93 Integra non-ABS or 94-95 Integra RS will bolt up fine to the stock brake lines of the Civic.
I highly recommend getting Integra calipers after buying the Civic EX brakes, or spending the $150 to get the Integra knuckles.
