Honda injector flow rates???
I am currently building a single seat rock buggy with a DOHC zc in it.I used 96 civic injectors so I wouldnt need the resistor box at all.But here is my problem,it runs too lean.If I increase the fuel pressure to 55-60psi it runs perfect!!!!I am sure the injectors are just too small for this engine,so does anybody know what they are rated to flow???And what ones to step up to???(prefer a stock application injector instead of an aftermarket...)
I am also using a stock ecu out of a 91 civic si,exhaust is a straight pipe 2.5 inch with 4 inch tip.Would the 88-89 integra pcm help or should I spend the $$$ on the correct pcm from japan???
Heres a pic of the buggy...

I did some online research and found out the injectors currently in it only rated at 190cc where the stock injectors are rated at 235-240cc.The injectors out of a 96-00 civic ex or Si are rated at 240cc also so I will need to get a set of those!!!!

what model 96 civic were the injectors from? most are 240cc but I thought one of the lower models maybe the cx had 190cc injectors. I thought there was an oddball one with smaller injectors

The PM6 ecu requires a resistor box... because if it is a 91 civic si, you do want to have it....

</TD></TR></TABLE>the ecu does not require the box, its the injectors that need the box. as he stated earlier, he ditched the box and is using obd2 injectors which is fine.

They are from a dx.From what I read the cx,dx and lx all had 190cc injectors and only the ex and si got the 240cc injectors.
