i have a gsr right now and my paint is fading bad on the top of my car so i decided to go into the body shop for a new coat of paint, and while i was at it, shave moldings, add itr lip and wing.

I was considering putting ITR stickers, but what do you guys think? My buddy keeps telling me to not put on the stickers because its sooooo poser. I still have 4 lug and a sunroof. Do you guys think its weak sauce to put on type R stickers cuz my buddy sure does. Id like to hear your guys honest opinion on this. I appreciate your honesty. thanks.

 

if its not a type r, dont put type r stickers on it. i think its just gay and ricer. IMO

if it was an rs w/ a complete type r conversion(5lug, wheels, interior, motor, shaved moldings) then ya, i can see it going on it, but i still wouldn't do it.

how old are you?

 

if your gonna get rid of your sunroof, swap in a b18c5, convert it to 5 lug and swap out your interior go for it!

thats what i was thinking... 90% of people out there won't know if im real itr or not. only you honda heads would know. My engine makes more power than a stock itr anyways, so i kinda want to put the stickers on.... but at the same time, im getting a lot of negative feedback... still dont know what to do.....

Add the sticker... it makes for better vtec.

Honestly though, if its not an ITR, dont try to make it appear to be.

 

put the sticker on one side.

 

oh yeah man put it on there, so when you're driving by and people see your 4 lug and sun roof they'll laugh to themselves.

seriously a gsr doesnt deserve the itr badge unless it has 90% of itr parts; reinforced quarter panels and misc interior pieced are the other 10% lol.

 

so u think its better to just leave the stickers off then....

 

or Be original and put them on with a JDM slant.

Well, where I live [Thailand] the so-called "Type R" by stickers are even worse!! Have you guys ever seen 4Dr. EK, EG, ES, or even EP Type R? I really never understand the mentality behind these stickers? Whoever put the sticker on really think their car would go faster, handle better by just the stickers? And since when Honda ever made 4Dr. Type R [well, except the latest FD, of course and still there are pleanty of FD Type R by stickers here already!!] At least the guy [DC4R27] said he has beefer engine and still a DC2 chasis. Some of the cars here with Type R stickers range mostly from bone stock or just some wheels and noisy muffler, lowered suspension. I really don't get it. Do they think other people are really stupid?

My car, on the other hand, is fully an ITR in EG9 shell. I still wouldn't dare putting any "Type R" stickers on [not even in my dreams, literally] But then again, some said it's their car [&money, for that matter] do what you please. But for me?? please....don't make other people laugh their asses off behind you.

Of course, this is just my stupid humble opinion. I could be very wrong.

Why would u wanna go around having people think u drive an R when u really dont. It doesnt matter if ur cars faster than a real R, ITS NOT A TYPE R!

 

if you want your car to look like a type r, you should just start saving up and get a real type-r. or get an integra rs and make a replica (since it has no sunroof)

 

buy a real r
