215/50 15's

just curious, why doesnt anyone get this size? every one seems to love the 205/50 combo, but the 215 is almost exactly the same diameter as a 195/55, only (obviously) the 215 is wider...

Will a 215 even fit on a Type R without rubbing or doing any kind of modification to the wheel well?

only like 0.1% difference btwn stock diameter... but wideness... it doesnt seem like a 215 is enough to cause rubbing problems... anyone know for sure?

Dunlop SP Sport 5000 or 9000. Those are the only one's I know of. I think I am just gonna stick to getting Bridgestone Pole Position S-03's 205-50-15. They're supposed to be awesome........
