Navi Question to upgrade sounds
I want to add a subwoofer into my 4dr civic ex, without change out the navigation. I want to keep the factory navigation and use it. Is there any possible way that I would be able to do this.
Yes it can be done, you just tap into the subwoofer signal in the trunk with a hi/lo converter. I did it, it keeps factory sub controls and is decent sounding. Take out your factory subwoofer to create a "port" of sorts.
I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do. I was planning to buy this and buy a 10" and a amp. I need more advice.
