weird sound when my amp turns off?!?!?
the amp i have hooked up to my mids and highs gives me a wierd sound everytime it turns off....its like its relaeseing currnet or something?!?!?...i can't really explain it...do u think that it might be of a fualty ground or something cuz i'm gettin a lot of engine noise also?????....

for the engine noise, make sure you have run the rcas away from power wire and your using some decent stuff..try the stinger hyper series, they are cheap and reject noise well.
If you are doing the above, you can also purchase an "Audio-Pipe 12amp noise surpressor" it connects in line with your power wire right before the amp and kills ALL engine noise (trust me, i've seen it bad) it's about $12 canadian, so...$7 US available from some electronic stores, if you cant find it there, try audio store, the garbage bins and ONLY when you've exhausted every place you could find one, try radio shack.
As far as your popping noise when you turn off the amp (does it happen when it turns on as well?) i'm not entirely sure, but you may need a relay hooked up to your remote wire to give it a cleaner turn-on, wait till teken, nsxextreme or someone else with more confidence answers this portion of your question.
