Default Weird Problem

Hi I have a weird problem with my car its a 1995 del sol vtec (b16 motor) with 130k on it. My problem is when I do an oil change maybe for the first month or so it will not burn any oil but when I kinda get close to 3k into the oil then i noticed it burns oil. I am using valvoline oil 5w 30 and honda oil filter any ideas ? I cant find any leaks on the ground etc..

So this is normal lol ? I shift at 3k and it would still burn a bit.. I can go into vtec now and it wont burn any but if i do this later on like maybe 2k into the oil change it will drop. I am going to turbo it but just need to make sure its healthy it runs fine tho..

So its my rings ? but why does it not burn oil when my oil has been just changed ? I just checked it now and its still the same spot. If it was the rings wouldn't it burn all the time no matter what ? Would a leakdown test let me know exactly whats wrong ?

Nope. The motor runs fine pulls hard etc does not feel weak at all. Could a shitty oil filter cause this ?
