Will b16a2 w/ a CTR Intake Cam Pass Smog?

Will a basically stock b16a2 w/ a CTR intake cam decrease my chances of passing smog?

you should pass fine because when they run the smog dyno, it's ran at low rpms anyways

It will pass. I have both Intake and exhaust CTR cams in my otherwise stock b16a2 and it passed with flying colors.
