Default More Freckin B20 Problems... Need HELP!!!

Ok this is gonna be a long one so get ready.....

I have a 96 Civic lx. In my Civic I just swapped in a jdm B20b. I am running with an obd2 ls ecu, and obd2 ls intake mani, and the stock d series engine harness. I have two codes. P1508 and I belive its a P1337.. One is a missfire aka IACV and the other is the Crank Position Sensor. problem is the guy who did my swap didnt wire the IACV right and also my b20 "dosent have a CPS" or so he says. My first question is does anyone know how to bypass the CPS? Secound does anyone know how to rewire the IACV? Next problem is kind of a biggie. The car just started to overheat. Its not smoking or anything just reading hot on my cluster. The funny thing is that once I begin to drive the temp drops right away???? I know it should drop but its pretty drastic, like it goes right back to where it should be but when im sitting it goes right back up.. ???? I changed the thermostat and nothing... Any idea what the hell is wrong there??? Thanks.

Does your radiator fan turn on at all? Damn i forgot the name of the sensor that is plugged by the thermostat. Check to see if that sensor is bad. This exact same thing was happening to my car because that sensor went bad. The temperature was going up in my cluster. The reason i think your temperature goes down when you start to drive, is because your getting air through your radiator. When your in stop and go traffic, your car can over-heat if your fan doesnt work. My radiator fan didnt work for 1 year and a half, i would always just crank my heater up and my temp would go down. I wouldnt recommend doing that but it helped me. I just wired a switch to my radiator fan to turn it on when ever i want.
