just got done porting my header

took me a couple of days on and off but this is the best i could get out of this ebay header. check it out.

not too smooth. every one tells me to leave exhaust ports a lil on the rough side. just matched it. but ya p diddy would like it.

What kind of header (besides simply "eBay") did it start out as? The quality looks extremely poor, but your work on trying to port it seems nice.

xspower was the seller. and i was pissed cause it looks like he does his own welds and he left like a 1/4 inch of weld inside each port. other than that its just a 4-1 with a 2.5 collector

exhaust side is suppose to be smooth. intake side you leave a little rough. are you port matching it to the head?

XSPower makes nice stainless steel intercooler kits. Great couplers and quality T-clamps. I bet the header isn't too bad.

A couple years ago Megan was thought of as ebay junk. As OBX. And now they make internals.

ya port matched. the problem was that he laid some nasty welds inside the ports and it made like a hump. ive gone through enough bits. thats as good as its gonna get for my daily driver. and 130+ a flex pipe+ 2.5 flange= good deal
