ok i'm an idiot, while pads wasn't installed i pressed on the brakes.
Then the piston was All the way out. so i just pushed it back in but it ended up getting stuck.
I tried to press on the brakes again and it didn't work.
If anyone can help me out i would appreciate it.

You need to blead that caliper and then push on the brake it will come out. Make sure all the other caliper have there break pads in place.

Inspect the piston and the caliper bore for damage. Whatever you do, do not force the piston. At this point, it would be best to remove the caliper from the car and work on it on a bench. Plug the brake line. You need to get the piston boot to attach properly. See my signature for a Helm manual download.
You will need to bleed the brakes a lot after reinstalling the caliper.

If there is no damage, it should go right in. You need to twist and wiggle a bit. Do you have a micrometer or Vernier caliper to measure both the OD and ID of the mating parts?

I hate to say this, but you should be looking into a rebuilt caliper at this point.

fixed it, all that needs to be done is MAKE SURE that the boot is up all around the piston and have some silicone grease and it goes right in.

Good deal.
It is one of those things that is nearly impossible to explain but easy to show.
