My car is up and running but while driving the car jerks and bogs out around 4-5 rpm and it does this also at WOT. It's not hitting the rev limiter but seems like it's not willing to go pass that. I just replaced the starter and water pump and redone the mechanical timing (TDC) and ignition timing (markings on the red) and at idle the car idles fine around 1k and when I rev the motor, it it goes to 7,200rpm for redline but I can't reach that when driving or even 4-5rpm. What could the problem be? My ECU
