Default compression numbers and burning oil

Well i have been dealing with this issue for awhile now. Since day one of getting the car.
my car seems to be burning oil all the time unless its at idle from there it blows smoke depending on how hard i drive it. if i baby it i can can still somwhat notice smoke but i can go weeks without adding oil if i baby it and dont hit vtec.
i have replaced my pistons in my old bottom end once and i dont even have the same bottom end any more i have a type-r bottom end that i bought brand new a year ago from acura so i dont believe its the bottom end.
i have also done a compression test on it 1 cylinder was at 215 the number 2 had 208 the number 3 was at 180 and the last one number 4 was at 150. So those are some pretty bad numbers. I did the comp test both wet and dry with no change. I did have the head rebuilt around a year ago and even after putting it all back together it still was blowing smoke. So the only thing in my head that i have never replaced are the valves and the guides. the valve seals have been changed twice. Could my issues be from some odd issue from the valves or valve guides or am i just having bad luck with parts that have been replaced numerous times?
Any input would be greatly appreciated
o yea this is on a type-r motor stock internals

Well your block is quite obviously not in great shape.

I would have it honed and go a little oversized on the pistons, a fresh set of rings should cut down a bit on oil consumption.

Do a leakdown test to determine if it's leaking from the head. It doesn't sound like a bottom end problem, could be a bent valve or bad valve guides or bad valve seals.

thats what im kinda leaning towards cuz my old bottom end was a stock gsr bottom end with the same issues so i had it bored and honded and dropped ctr pistons in it. Then i got rid of that bottom end and dropped in a brand new type-r bottom end from acura. from start to finish i have always had this issue with comp and it blowing smoke. Im thinking the shop that worked on my head just didnt do a good job cuz where i use to be stationed at in the military the only shop in town realy only did work on old domestics and took 2 weeks longer than what they told me to finish it. i would jus stop dealing wit it and get another head but i really would rather fix this one since its a jdm type-r head. I geuss its time to buy another beater to drive around while i send my head off.
