Default I NEED HELP CHOOSING SUSPENSION?!?!

I am hoping to further upgrade the suspension on my 1990 hatch. I currently have a coilover setup with 1.25" drop. I was thinking about adding Blox Rear Lower Control Arms and a some Strut Tower Braces off ebay. Are either of these parts good? Is there anything better you guys would suggest? Any help would be appreciated.

what coilovers/spring rates/shocks do you have?

front strut tower bars are a somewhat touchy subject. some people say they do nothing, other people feel they have an effect. rear tower bars however, are generally accepted as pretty useless. they tend to be flimsy, reinforce an area that doesnt flex much if at all, and in most cases dont triangulate anywhere to have a measurable stiffening effect. save your money.

lca's themselves wont really net you any performance benefit, unless the bushings in your current control arms are absolutely toast. however, swapping in a set of aftermarket (or appropriate OEM) lca's will give the the capability of adding a rear sway bar if your current arms arent fitted for one, which is very much a performance upgrade.

I have the tokiko illumina strut and shock combo. Thanks for the enlightenment. This info is really helpful.

i'd throw on a oem/aftermarket rear sway and cheap new/used ebay struts. what kind of tires are you running?

Neither of those is going to be a particularly useful "upgrade."

Save your money; otherwise, spend it on some skateboarding equipment or something else instead.

I've got a good coilover setup on the car. Falkens in the front on 14" alloys. Got plenty of skateboard stuff. I still want the LCA's. any suggestions?
