oil pressure regulation for turbo

Default oil pressure regulation for turbo

hey guys i have a brown top 1.6 dohc zc and i want to put a t3/t4oe turbo on it only 5 to 10 psi and i have herd that you need a oil pressure regulator for the oil line going to the turbo because the oil pressure is high from a honda engine is that true or are people trying to scare me?

BOO!!!

worst case you will need to run a restricter (sp?)
and that is just a little thing that you install in the oil supply line
very easy
