Default NEED HELP ASAP-Car Wont Start After Hitting Puddle

Wuts up guys about a week ago i was driving and hit a decently big puddle at a good rate of speed, long story short i thought i had wet my distributor becuase the puddle was on the passenger side as is the dizzy. With the old dizzy on the car started when it wanted to and ran like dog **** at low rpms. i ordered my new dizzy thinking the old one was wet and it came yesterday. It was put on, the timing is on, im getting fuel, i changed the plugs and yes im getting spark, im running out of ideas on what could've got wet or ruined and im leading to think this problem is electrical. So all you guys that know the sensor and electrical parts good please gimme an idea or two. Btw the car is a 97 ex coupe and i have an 00 gsr thats obd2a if that helps
