Timing Belt Issue
Ok, so I had the amazing mystery bolt jammed up in the covers by the cam gear issue, it was eating up the timing belt good.
I got a set of used oem cam gears, since one was a bit roughed up from the bolt. I also got a brand new oem Timing belt and water pump. Did the water pump, converted to the manual tensioner assembly off of my old H23, and did not put a balance shaft belt on, and I did also take off the pulley on the front balance shaft since they are no longer spinning. I also swapped the engine mount on the drivers side from the H23 since it didnt have a bolt broken off like the H22 now has.
My problem is, since everything is back together, the timing belt has been walking out on the cam gears, and I get an odd hollow tapping occasionally when first starting up, but that gets overshadowed by the belt starting to squeal inside the covers. I did the tensioning procedure according to the Helms, and even loosened and retightened tensioner again after running it for about a minute the first time.
does anyone have any clue to what is causing this? The only things I found like it when searching were found to be faulty reused auto-tensioners or bent bolts. Pics speak well also, so heres what it looks like after running for under a minute.

And one of what caused this whole fiasco.

when my belt was walking off the gears it was because the bolt that held the little idler pully was torqued too much and had broke in the blook so it was allowing it to jiggle around, and my stupid auto tensioner wasnt tensioning all the way.
mine eventually rubbed half of itself away on my cover.

Hmm didnt know the belt faced a certain way, you can read it from the front of the engine as is now, and yes I have the tensioner pulley on right, and tension seems to be good, as I have allowed it to reset like 3 times since putting it all back together, double checked that after forgetting the little pivot bolt the first time I put it all together.

Yeah thats why I always run it and check for any issues when I work on the car, and it didnt get too far off, since the crank pulley was bolted up tight enough to only allow about the belt movement out that is seen in the pics, but it would have worn away the belt quickly if driven I am sure.
