dx to dohc zc problems
ok i converted my dpfi harness to dohc zc, im getting codes 7 Tps, 14 IAC (EACV. im positivily sure i did all the wiring right, the car wont go pass 2k rpms then it just dies out, i dont know what else to tell you guys but help! tried to explain it as easy as possible
not sure if this makes a difference but the harness came from a 90 hatch and its in a 88crx now

You usually use the original harness for the car. Even if the engine harness connects at the shock tower, The wires are usually in different locations. So the crx was a Dx and the civic was a what? So it runs but is in limp mode? Have you cleared the codes? Did you reverse the wires on the tps?
the civic is std, yes i reversed the wires on the tps, and the car dies out i have to press the gas just to keep it running
the reason why i used the civic harness in the crx because i used the crx harness in the civic and it was already converted to mpfi zc, so thats running. now im just trying to get the crx dohc zc running

Clear the codes out of the ecu? pull the ecu fuse out for 30-45 seconds. The ecu will store the codes. see if that helps or not. If the car runs, which you stated it does and is running on all four cylinders than the mpfi swap is good. If clearing the codes doesn't work than you have a sensor plug hooked up in the wrong spot or a bad connection. Did you ajust the tps?
no i didnt adjust the tps, how would i go about that, and ill clear the codes tomorrow because the wires are a mess right now i reopened the loom where i did all the wiring to double check and yeah its just a mess

yeah i pulled my cylinder sensor off my hatch and put it in the crx and it reved fine before that it wouldnt even go pass 2k so i guess thats solved, now the car just keeps cutting off but i think its out of GAS
, ill let you guys know by tomorrow, and can i use a first gen zc cyp on my motor?
