My suspension in the front is tight almost like the sound when jumping on a trampoline. I was gunna go with the tein 2inch frop and susp. kit good. Now with that said do I need to trplace shocks or get new teins? You can really hear it when you go over a speed bump.

 

Have you verified that its the shocks making the noise. Somtimes its the ball joints making the noise. I think before taking action verify the source of the noise. Or even the hinge on the uca's. Control arm bushings. So, many possibilities.

It seems like you are gonna drop your car anways. Its always good to get aftermarket shocks when replacing your springs. kyb, tokico, bilstein. Always upgrade your dampening force when you upgrade your spring rate so they coincide. Its a lil more money but in the end you will be much happier, and your head wont be bouncing from all the bumps you go over.

another thing I notice is when im goin 100-120 when i go to hit the brakes i feel almost my block moving, i kno its not the tranny, and/or motor mounts everything looked good some im 90% positive its the shocks. for example when im hitting the brakes it feels like the abs would if it were having issue. any one second suspension?

 

well its probably something in the suspension, but youve got more than shocks that could be doing that. Definetely check the shocks though. How many miles?

 

well over 100,000 so i think whenther or no it is or isn't, im goin to get the skunk 2 struts and springs. thanks for all the help
