I've never seen a USDM with those studs. That's for the Type S strut bar, IIRC.

 

those studs are just for the JDM strut bar. The USDM Preludes didn't come with those

 

my tein Flex came with those studs

theyre on the top hats of the tein flex suspension

i removed the studs to fit my 4th gen

 

yup theyre standard on JDM 5th gen ludes to attach the standard strut brace.
(or a lot JDM 5th gens anyway. I've seen them fitted standard on an auto SiR and on my own TypeS)

they use a different top-mount to usdm or ukdm preludes on standard suspension parts.
