my climate controll lights dont come on.. and my reverse lights dont work...

but when all the lights are off and i put it in revers the climate controll lights up instead of the reverse lights.. WTF could cause htis im stumped

so does your climate control come on w/ reverse even when you do have the light switch turned to on? and what are you driving auto or manual?

in my opinion knowing only that much so far, I would say someone must've done some wiring repair and mixed some wires around most likely under the driver dash where all those wires come together.

 

when the lgiht switch is turned on and i am in reverse the climate control light goes off.. it only comes on if the light switch is off.. and im in reverse soon as i turn the lights on it turns off.. im just gonna wire it to a switched 12V and run a wire form the revers sensor to my reverse lights... only thing i can do without tearing the whole car apart.. owell some wire loom and solder and it should all be fine.. just makes me wonder..

 

my climate control lights would come on when they wanted.. which was once in a blue moon. i took the climate control out and took the front face off and replaced the stock lights with 4 blue led's.. looks sick :D and i soldered and heat shrinked them to the stock wire harness so that the ligh switch controls em like stock. BTW removing the climate control is a PITA. have to remove the radio to get to the 3 screws UNDERNEATH.. why couldnt it be like a chevy LOL

 

Check all of your Fuses. A friend of mine had a similar problem, headlights didn't work, dome light didn't work, alarm didn't work, anything inside the car wouldn't work cept for radio. Until you hit the highbeam then everything work.
