Broken Clutch? What is this part called
As you see that part broke somehow and now i cant press my clutch all the way down, and it doesn't come back up all the way too. I was adjusting my clutch some when I noticed this. And if anyone has one for sale, that would be nice. Or should I try pulling it together and welding?

your peddle assembly. you can re-weld it but within time it might snap again... get a new assembly at the junkyard. i got a few for sell. but im to far.
just take it out and weld pretty thick pieces of metal to it, or bring it somewhere to be welded..i bought a dollar worth of metal pieces and im running a stage 3 act set up..this is a known problem on ef's with aftermarket clutches

I was having clutch trouble with my 91 Wagovan. My pedal bracket is also cracked. I bought a replacement from the dealer for $90. I have not yet installed it, but I'm sure it will fix things, as I can see where the pedal bracket is flexing, and the cracks are opening up when I push the pedal with my hand. My clutch cable is soooo tight right now. The clutch releases with the pedal right at the floor. If I loosen the cable off at all, the tranny won't go into gear with the engine running. I know the release bearing is pressing against the pressure plate springs all the time now, but I'm not driving the car anymore till I get time to change the bracket.
It's part #20 in this picture:

LOL. this is such a typical problem with ed's, at least that i have seen. i had the same proble, i took it out and rewelded it. just reinforce it. the pedal assembly its just a bitch to get out. but nothing to complicated. i have not had any problems ever since.
