i still have my ex motor in my back yard..my question is this..will the ex IAC fit on my 99 si motor..

Depends on what the IAC looks like. Just look at it:

(99 SI one uses one like the ITR one below)

ya thats how the ex ones looks like..it looks exactly like the 99 si IAC..if i put it on..will it work

check my other post about idle iacv code 14. theres some simple things u can try to see if it is your iacv. no sense changing it is it doesnt need to be.

the reason i want to change it is cuz im having idle problems in the morning were it goes to 1000rpm and den drops to 0 and my car shuts off..and other ppl told me it has to do with the IAC...wut do u think is the problem..

TPS is throttle posistion sensor. its on the back of the throttle body (firewall side)
