Default windshield wiper problem

I have a 91 civic si, I just realized my 'intermittent' mode for the wiper doesn't work. The low/high and the rear wiper functions like normal. Any ideas on the cause and fix? I did a search and didn't really find anything. Appreciate any feedback.

There is a blue box attached to the back of your fuse box under your dash. Repair or replace this as this is most likely your problem. Same thing happened to me a while ago.

yes its the ICU and it is gray (on the back of your fuse box) and yours will say B somewhere, if you search (for icu, archived, all forums) there's a thread on how to replace a capacitor thats too small. its $130 from the dealer. or go to the junkyard and make sure NOT to get the one labeled "A" you want the "B" icu.

good luck

heres a link to the fix. sorry you will have to copy and paste as the link isnt working

OOPS! I guess it is grey. It's been a while since I had mine out. Shouldn't cost you more than $5 -$10 bucks at junkyard, perhaps Ebay might have some.
