taking off a valve cover
i dont know to much about engine work but i wanna take my valve cover off. if i do that do just take the screws out and pull it right off or is that gonna mess with anything inside. please help me.....thanks
Just take the nuts off and it will come right off. If you have never taken it off before I would replace the gasket. It doesn't cost much at a honda dealer

I'm not quite sure why you said that, your morbid humor is very strange

What kind of car? Engine?
Depending on the engine you might want to go ahead and get spark plug tube seals too since they press into the underside of the valvecover and keep oil out of the spark plug tubes.
...and besides dropping aborted fetuses, midget toddler cadavers and syringes just make sure you do not drop any of the washers, etc. into the cylinder head where the valvetrain is. You might want to have a magnet on a stick handy in case you drop anything in there. they sell the little maget sticks at parts stores.
