If it runs good and the intrior and exteior are in good shape, I say yes it's worth it. I would do a compression test on it if you are really interested in getting it. Looks good from what I can see.

Looks clean, but that's not a stock colour so do a once over for rust. D15B VTEC would be pretty fun as long as the swap isn't a hack job. Worth checking out, and the price looks right...
