Default Turbo quetion....

Can you put a turbo or supercharger on an stock motor with automatic tranny, if so, what mods do you need internally???...95 civic d15.....Also if so, which would be better?

yes you can put it on a stock motor... you need to research before you boost. or have the kit professionally installed... the most important part of boost is the tune... and i suggest turbo because superchargers on small displacement motors is retarded

The auto tranny wont be able to support much power.

I dont think its worth it.

You'll blow the auto tranny up real quick. Look into getting a manual first.

the trans will **** you real quick....if you want to do a FI set-up i'd look into doing a d16z6 swap complete with an auto to manual conversion and a nice turbo set-up....until then just drive the car like it is until you're ready to do the swap, no need to tear apart a car if you won't be starting on it for a long time.

He has an automatic set up, his best bet is to do an auto-manual and drop a d16z6 with plans of going turbo on that... well the cheapest way other than buying a manual car. Could go B18b1 also, but that would still require more money and a auto/manual swap
