Hi ppl im new to HT and was trying to see how to use this.I have a stock 95 rs.Had it for some time now and the transmission started to grind when i go to put it in to 3rd and 5th.Gos in to 5th but when i let off the gas it comes out but if i stay on the gas it gos good can anyone help?

 

it could be the synchros.you can try this drain out your transmission fluid and put in syncromesh if that doesnt work then i guess you have to get your synchros repaired

about how much would it cost to have that replaced would it be cheeper to jest get a usd tranny?

 

i dont know but 1st try letting out the fluid and ading new fluid if that doesnt work look around for a shop.i got the same problem but with 3rd gear sometimes it doesnt stick so i shift into higher rpms then it goes in or i jump third
